Does this game have crossplay between steam and other platforms?

Yes, when you play via Steam, you can play with Quest 2 native clients and Quest 2 Link / Air Link clients. I cannot confirm if clients from other console are also in the mix, but I played my Steam version and native Quest 2 clients were in the game I played.
