How can I replay a chapter?

Hi all, after completing the game I want to replay all chapters and collect everything I missed. But... I don't find the menu option to select chapters? I used this approach for Trine 1 and 2. I feel a bit clumsy for not finding what to do... What am I missing here?

On the map you can go back to previous level.

Ok thanks, I had never even noticed that "Return to map" button...
