Can't grab start menu

Game says you need to grab the start menu from behind your back but it doesnt seem to be recognizing that action. I can grab arrows just fine but not the menu. I even moved my sensors/reoriented and that didnt seem to help...

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems grabbing the menu. Just to confirm, when you're in the Lobby you can reach over your shoulder and grab arrows, but when you reach around to your lower/middle back and pull the trigger you aren't able to grab the menu?

Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated and will help us figure out what's going on.

That is correct, I can grab arrows and the bow, just not the menu.

Hmmm... it definitely sounds like some sort of occlusion issue. I know you mentioned moving your lighthouses around, but are they positioned in front of you? If so, perhaps you could try to spin around, with your back to the lighthouses, and try again. Just to verify that you're not blocking the controllers somehow.

checking in here... have you had any luck grabbing the menu with the latest release? a fix has been applied which should remedy the situation.

Just retried and it seems to still have the same issue. if it helps, I notice then when I get to where the arrow spawns, the controller vibrates but I dont feel a vibration anywhere behind my back.

There's a little mannequin on a pedestal that's demonstrating the spot to grab. Are you reaching toward the same spot on your back?

One thing I try if I'm playing sitting down and can't reach behind me is leaning forward and reaching through my stomach.

I was having exactly the same problem, but on the Oculus Rift. So I did a Windows 7 compatibility fix and voila, the menu is easy to get. I think it does effect the way the game runs, it seemed to run less smooth, but if fixed the issue!
