That Rock

Not to spoil anything but I threw in the pit a certain rock before knowing it was important and now it's no where to be found. How can I have my last achievement now that the rock is gone? I kinda don't want to lose my whole save. It's kinda silly (and midly infuriating) that it's mandatory to have 100% but it doesn't respawn if you lose it.
