Yes but this requires a special rare/expensive item (and consumes it), and even then only heals by 1 Body Point.
2. Camp (if you have the item, cheap enough, but heals less than at Inn)
3. Priest character can heal during combat
4. various other items, like bottles
The item costs only 50g (you can buy them at any Inn) and it heals everybody 4 BP and 1 WP. Cheapst way to heal the whole party for sure.
I'm only early in the game, but so far I've found only 1 of these during the first mission, and none to purchase.
And when I used it to heal, it only healed my characters by 1 Body (a character that had 7/9 was healed to 8/9).
Instead of a heal-bot character, you have a priest. Yes, he can heal, but it's not a full heal and he's taking up a spot in your crew. It forced me to really consider my party composition.
You do have potions, but again - it's not a full heal. They are enough to top off a character, or keep them from dying, and once you get rolling in cash they are easily afforded.
Campsite is optimal, I generally buy a cheap campfire kit, and just rest and that takes care of most my issues. Late game, with 1500 in gold, I've started splurging and staying at the Inn after particularly brutal fights without a healer. After that last big battle, everybody got a night at the Inn and a hot meal.
It's a little frustrating at first, but if you stick with it, as time goes on it provides just enough suspense to make the game enjoyable. Every encounter counts, and you gotta play smart!
