Transitions installation from internet not working?

When i install Transitions and color correction for vegas pro 15 from yt videos. When i try to use transitions it always says UNREGISTERED and it don´t work.

Go to Options -> Preferences, Shift-Click on Preferences, then go to the Internal tab. Search for "vegas", and locate the "Show Vegas Video Plug-Ins Only" entry. Change "TRUE" to "FALSE" under that entry. Please report back with results -- this is untested, I just found the option while scrolling through the Internal Preferences tab.
