Is there anyway to fix the achievements? I got them all 3 times over but it never says I 100% the game

I had the same issue. Missed two achievements on my first playthrough. Went into chapter select and redid 4 and 5 to get them. Said I had 4/9 achievements. Went back and redid the whole game in one go and making sure I got every achievement. Now I have 9/9. You just have to get them all in one go when you play since they reset for some reason if you restart or use chapter select.
