Old Version Bad North

Investigating my old computer, I realized that I had a game of Bad North, (pirated because at that time I was a child and I did not have money for the original) question, I tried to open it but it would not load after hitting start. But, I tried it on another laptop and it worked like any game, and I realized that it is one of the first versions (when the commanders had the helmet the color of their flag to be more specific) and just on my current computer I tried to play it but I got the same failure as my old laptop, that it stays loading indefinitely after hitting start, if someone knows how I can solve this problem it would be very helpful, since I played that version a lot and it marked my youth a lot.
