I want to completely reset my game

I've unlocked pretty much everything in this game and beat it almost a year ago.
Coming back, I'd like to start completely fresh, but I can't be cause there's no reset progress option, and I don't know where the Save Files are placed on my PC. Are there anyone who knows where the Default save location is?
