Do units that have lost less men replenish faster?
Or is it the same speed regardless of how many men have died?

The remaining members of the unit do not shorten the replenish time, neither should the size of the house have any influence. The only thing, to my knowledge, that influences that timer is the Ring of Command. More men equals longer replenish timers.

no building size dosent matter I think however correct me if I'm wrong that ring of command increases replenish time
