My Game Stuck in Loading

That Loading never will stop. Is that a bug?

This is definitely a bug. Can you give some more info so we can try to solve this for you

Is this occurring when starting a new campaign / loading a saved game?
Does it happen every time (or every time for this save file)
What does the game say on the screen?

During loading a saved game. Everytime, restarting not working. Game says "Generating Islands" at Loading Sceen. You have a really good game and I liked it too much. But I gave it back because I cant play.

and I love your others games especially Kingdom Series. I bought all and played for hours... But I am disappointed in this game.

Turn off rivatuner or any kind of software overlay

I have this problem on my Win10 tablet (Galaxy Book 10.6 LTE; core m3-7y30, 4GB Ram) too. In some cases loading a save was possible.
Once the "Generatig Islands" was finsished in the background after about 10 minutes.
I can load and continue the same save game (synced by steam) on my desktop (i7-8700k, GTX 1060, 16GB Ram) without any problems.

Likewise, and the game difficulty selection seems to affect it. For example, my daughter's saved game on easy loads in now time, my first game on normal loads a bit longer than expected, but my saved hard game takes around 5 minutes to load.

Guys, I figured it out, the game is fine it just takes a while when your PC haw low RAM memory free... After i pressed onto my "save game" to continue, I left it loading for like 5' until I can go make myself some coffee... and just as I retured it loaded successfully! Just give it a little time. (or try to free up some memory by closing too many windows with stuff) :) have fun and ty for the awesome game brother!
PS: I also own it in Epic games account like some others with the same issue and it worked.

Took ~7min to load my game. Was stuck on 'generating islands'.

macOS 10.15.5
4.2GHz i7
24GB RAM
Radeon Pro 580 8 GB

If the developer is reading this and would like someone with some programming experience (not in game dev, but using bash, setting breakpoints, etc) to help debug, feel free to get in touch with me.
