Thanks for this thread. Typhoon 2001 works on my pc. I find it enjoyable and it has mouse/spinner support. Please try to make proper sentences though, English is not my native language and I have a hard time making sense of your jibberish.
I built a home made spinner using a Ultimarc Spintrak USB, An I-PAC 2 controller board, And a I-PAC Xbox 360-PS3-Xinput Adaptor, Plus some Classic Pushbuttons from Happ Controls.
It works perfectly with Typhoon 2001 because it HAS mouse support unlike Tempest 4000 I'm sorry to say...
BTW I understood you just fine @shadow_sv650...
(spinner -> signal of steps (+/-and interval) versus left or right);
wish i could do some testing on my own.
my thoughts in past was: i should be possible to remap the signals from a spinner to a directx input.
but how do you controll the bonusstages or warps?
minor hint: i remember a video from the devs playing tempest4000 with a spinner.
maybee it would be the easiest way to get in touch with the dev directly.
and now after the long awaited patch is deployed there is a chance for native support of a spinner/mouse (AND a 2nd controller for the bonusstages).
greetings
Edit:
Yes, a second controller for the bonus stages is probably better.
Unless your running windows 7 64 bit ! lol
I still haven't found a way to install vjoy properly yet, So close yet so far away.... :^(
