起動すると小さい画面がでて、2秒後に消えます。
プロセスからもすぐに消えます。

・ウィンドウズのアップデート

Thank you for trying the game with "-diag".
I'm wondering about your launch parameters though:
Options -diag -nj -nc -nx 100 -ns

Where did you get the "-nj -nc" options from?
What does the acklog.txt look like if you only start with "-diag" and without "-nj -nc"?


EDIT: Oh, now I found the thread with those parameters.
Please remove them either way.
What kind of graphics card are you using?

EDIT2: If you have any controller plugged in please try unplugging them as well.
Additionally, if you have a non-standard audio driver or special headphone activated/ plugged in try the game without those as well. Thank you!

Okay, thank you for testing all those things!

I'd like to see the content of "acklog.txt" when you just start with "-diag".
For me it looks like this:

Apparently, the engine fails to open/ detect your graphics card.
Valve said before launch that they could not launch my game until they installed "DirectX June 2010". This should automatically install on your machine when you install the game but it does so only once, maybe something is wrong there.
Can you please try and install that DirectX version manually? Here's a link:

Sadly I don't have further insight into the engine, I didn't write it and have no source code access. The part I have influence over only begins when the game window opens (after the starter window). Hope this DirectX thing fixes it for you though!
EDIT: I've contacted the engine's developer, maybe he has an idea.

The engine's developer suggested to make a tiny example program to make sure it's not related to my actual game/ Pogostuck.
Can you please download the following zip file and try and start the 2 test programs?

If you cannot start those either there might be a crash in one of the system libraries being used. The engine's developer says then a Windows repair might be the solution.

Regarding one of your earlier messages:

Which version of DirectX 9 did you try to install?
Valve had notified me prior launch that the DirectX June 2010 runtime needs to be installed. Otherwise the game might not start. So I switched that on: https://i.gyazo.com/1898d805161982d19e2fc1875ee3f03f.png

It should automatically install then but you never know. Which is why I had tried to link you the installer previously.
