Randomly created build/room tasks

Has anyone else had the issue where you task a build job and then at random locations, there are build jobs/rooms spawned?

I layout a wall and floor build, designate it as a Tailor, then after a day or two, i notice i have two tailor rooms listed in production. Sometimes i find the random "other" room somewhere on the map. Its usually one square big. Additionally, ill find random stairs or wall build jobs at various depths around the maps. They are obviously red because my peeps cannot access the area to build them.

Just wondering if its localized to me or if others have noticed it.

I'll keep an eye open for this and try to put in a fix if it's something the game is creating. Thanks for letting me know.

Thanks. I just wasn't sure if it was something only i was seeing or if others have thins issue. I wonder if it happens because sometimes i am building and the game auto saves. Usually when it auto saves, it catches me by surprise and as I'm still scrolling/in the middle of placing build orders, i thought i was causing it. Reason being if i am scrolling and the game saves, it pauses mid scroll and after the save, it jumps to the side of the map, in the direction of my scrolling.
