Using glass roofs to farm in the winter

This could be a cool addition to the game. During the Winter, I completely ran out of food, so I tried to build an underground farm using glass roofs hoping that it would be warm enough to plant the seeds. The underground room was sealed off with a door, but I still couldn't plant anything.

Suggest allowing underground farms like this in a future update. The plants get plenty of light and it would be warmer underground.

i think he is adding this in the Monday update. will allow using torches to heat a greenhouse type thing.
