Full story explained (spoilers)
So I've watched full playthroughs of all the games and I think i've pieced some of the plot together, Tell me what you think of the theory, as well as if I missed anything, this is just my understanding of the plot, and I may have missed something, but I hope this helped you better understand these fantastic games.

So we begin the story with Transparent love -Wish. Where we start either Liza's or Jael's story. They seem to start at the same time, so you can put these in whatever order you like.

Liza is born into a poor family. With a brother, a father, and a mother. At a very young age however, her mother dies. Too far back for her to even remember. When this happens, the family begins to break apart. The father becomes an alcoholic, while the brother becomes distant. Soon, the father becomes abusive, and forces Liza to get a part time job. This could be the escort dating thing that some students mentioned in Transparent love, but there is no real evidence besides what they said, and we can't exactly take their word on it as it's gossip. I believe these family issues actually happened naturally, instead of being caused by Jael, as they happened long before Jael met Liza.

At the same time this is happening, Jael becomes orphaned at a young age. It is unknown what happened to her parents, but we do know that that they are dead due to the little animatic thing during the true ending for the dlc. Jael is adopted into either a broken family, or a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ family. With an abusive parent, and a seemingly a brother. During this time, the parent takes away everything from Jael, and due to this, she quickly learns that she owns nothing. As she grows up, she learns to look happy, and be polite, despite her horrible life.( Note- IT is very similar to Liza's situation, so you might think that this animatic is actually about Liza. But due to the fact that the animatic shows this girl getting introduced to Liza, and falling in love with her, I think we can assume this is in fact Jael, and not Liza.)

Now, both plot lines merge back together on their first day at high school. Where Jael meets Liza for the first time after Liza helps Jael pick up her books, and they quickly become friends. During this time, Jael falls in love with Liza. Either that, or becomes possessive of her. Due to her ♥♥♥♥ed up childhood, she quite literally wants to OWN Liza, so I don't really know if you can consider that love. As Jael falls in love with Liza, we see Willie, the most popular boy in the class, also fall in love with Liza. Quickly, Jael notices this, and somehow, the Goddess of evil sees Jael, and asks her if she wants to have Liza, to which Jael responds with yes. Due to this response, The Goddess of evil forms a pact with Jael, and turns her into a seed of tragedy. This seems to be some sort of punishment for humans like Jael. Allowing them to have their one desire in life, in exchange for the horrible tragedies that fall onto other people.

Now we move onto confess my love. Willie finally decides that he's going to confess his love to Liza, and goes to buy a cake for her. As we know, Jael is now a seed of tragedy, and due to this, we know that Willie cannot confess to Liza as Jael's desire is to own Liza. With that in mind, Willie ends up getting hit by a car on his way back from the cake store, but due to his intense desires, he is noticed by the demon Julie, and she creates a fake world for Willie, where he experiences the endless rejections we see in the game, until eventually realizing what happened. After this realization, he willingly has his soul taken by Julie. Before his soul is taken however, he has Julie send the cakes he bought for Liza to her. Afterward, we are introduced to Glen, who seems to be the lord of demons, possibly Satan. To my knowledge his is seemingly irrelevant to this story, but I may be missing something.

Finally, we move onto Transparent black (and a bit of the DLC). After the class finds out about Willies death, they begin to relentlessly bully Liza. This is where Jael begins to show her true colors. After all the students hate Liza, Jael has the students photo shop a picture of Liza next to an older man. We know this due to the text that we see when trying to get the transparent black ending, where we see the sender has an icon that is exactly the same as Jael's key chain. It is also a possibility that she killed a hamster, and put it on Liza's desk, but that is more of a theory as there isn't any solid evidence as to who did that. After the transparent black ending, Liza and Jael walk outside, and for some reason Jael goes into the extra room, where she enters some sort of dream state, and experiences the events of Transparent black Hope. Here, she sees everything that Liza went through, she see's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ house that Liza lives in, the abusive family, and just how bad the bullying got, Where At one point, the students took off her skirt, and then locked her in the washroom for who knows how long. Jael sees how everyone turned on Liza, and just how much pain she caused her. During this time, she meets the demon Julie from confess my love. We know this is Julie due to when the demon says "alas, I won't take this run if not for feeling regret to the soul of that boy". Julie slowly reveals everything to Jael, and Jael realizes the errors of her ways. But by now, it is already too late. Liza has already killed all of the students, and through the Transparent black ending, she realized that Jael was the cause of everything. When Jael returns, she finds Liza sleeping on the ground. When Liza wakes up, Jael confesses everything to her and apologizes. After everything Liza went through, she says that she can't hate Jael, as they're best friends, and Finally, Liza kills Jael just as she did the rest of the class, ending this ♥♥♥♥ed up tale. It's possible that this murder is just symbolic, and that Liza didn't kill Jael. It's also possible that Liza killed herself with the knife, but we just don't know due to the screen cutting to black at the end.

Thank you for the clarification! I had difficulty following some plot points because of the broken English, but you cleared up any confusion I had.

I hope to know the real truth behind these last lines, as you told in the plot for a possible sequence! :sb:

The Balderdash achievement suggests there won't be a sequel, but I'm certainly invested enough in the universe as to want one!

I didn't know this story was this complex when I bought the game.
