Favor with the earl

I've managed to get the route to go to england with the price and earl but lately i've had trouble doing it again any one have some guideance?

It's quite no brain, do all quest and be actif during the siege (be first in the wall, kill the knight, betray Ema (speak to the sergent about Ema estate), plunder (or buy) all food from village, give 2 sheath an 2 boots to the sergent, kill Roche and you will easily have the 80 points from the Earl necessary at the end of the chapter 3 (then you just need to accept their offer)

You can still easily hit the 80 without betraying Emma or killing Roche. Just do everything else you're asked to do, except for being the first to charge the castle rather than staying in reserve like the Earl asks. Net gain is more prestige with the Earl by charging first. I hit 80 every time I play, even when going the merc or maidstone routes.

Ive been doing that without trying to kill Roche I even managed to get Esquire rank but they still just leave me behind. Want to avoid betraying Eva. I'll give it another chance a few more times before I betray her.

If you spare Roche you lose 20 points and you need 80 point to gain access to england (and there is no more event to gain reput but you still can loose some !) You can avoid killing Roche but you need to be at 100 and never loser any point from here.

Yeah I know that was what I was trying to complete I did it once but i cannot figure it out. As a side note is there a way to see your rep with them?

Update : I finally managed to do it and i saved the file multiple times :)

I lost 10 pts by drinking too much after sparing Roche lol, so be careful with that.
