Max Profile Level?
I haven't seen anything on the board about this (though I only looked through the first 2 pages so let me know if I missed this!) and I was wondering if anyone who plays the Heads will Roll difficulty knew what the max profile level you can get is?

I assume there is a limit right? Eventually you hit a max level and then you get no more character generation points. Or is there no limit? Anyone whose played a lot I would love to know!

Lol damn! Ok that's good to know! I love the metaprogression aspect so I didn't want it to end just yet!

at some point, and that point comes quite early, the only thing those points translate to is money, and money doesn't buy you a whole lot

I am at lvl 550+ and it's still going. At this point, you need to edit the starting stats cap in the game script to make good use of the points.

You can level up Your party for money, so they are always needed :)

@Thndslz - below is the info from Dev I copied from the other thread on how to modify the starting stats by editing the game script in the local game folder via Notepad:

Long Story short, I've got an abundance of points for a manual start, and I want my skills to go higher, but they're limited at 15, and 10 for Melee. I'm wanting to run through to late game and see all the different paths from there, and it's better this way than picking story mode and then making manual saves all the time, due to the fact I'll be starting rich and with good stats regardless.

So where, presumably in the script file, can I find where to edit the Manual creation limits on skills, and possibly their skill caps in game?
Open "script_dlc.rpy" file and search for "screen character_creation_roguelike:" — this screen has a bunch of "+" and "-" buttons that control how high can you take your starting stats and how much points does that require.

Just to make it even easier to follow:

Here is a copy of the line for Strength cap in the "script_dlc.rpy" file:

elif player_strength < 15 and player_roguelike_points >= 100:

Change the 15 part (default starting cap) to a number of your choice and you got the new Strength cap for your new character. I personally changed it to 35 this time since I have way too many points to spent at 750+ Profile Level.

Repeat and rinse for the other attributes in the sections immediately below and you got your new OP starting character with expanded attribute caps. Good luck and have fun!
