Is there a Story Branches Guide/Breakdown?

Hey all,

enjoying the game lots.

Saw an old guide on Gamefaqs, but it doesn't necessarily cover any of the new stuff at all.

Is there a guide anywhere that breaks down the specific branches and paths?

IE/ones I got so far:

80 Reputation with Earl Chapter 3 Cambrai for "Noble/England Route"
Save Roche for "France Route"
Low Rep = get sent home as a peasant and join Rebels/Duncan

Ones i don't know:

How do you get Merc route (main original game)
How do you do Canterbury Civil War Route?
Scottish Campaign - when and how to join?
Any others?

1) Choose not to join the Earl in returning to England at the end of Cambrai and you'll get an offer from a french nobleman (I imagine there are some reputation/rank requirements).
2) When returning to England with the Earl, he will send you to retrieve the Sword of Justice where Canterbury will make you an offer.
3) Scottish campaign, I believe is just an extension of the Earl path been too long since I last did it. I think you can just join it or stay in England at the the end of the earl's campaign for the crown. Edit: Unless I am mistaken and there is a whole separate path up there in Scotland.

It seems every playthrough I do something different happens end of chapter III. I quite like it but I tend to die immediately into chapter 4 in every playthrough.

During a weird one I killed la roche, didn't chase the knight so didn't get captured, didn't have enough respect to get back to earl so had to sell my gear to get a boat to England, then ended up as a peasant in a town then some people asked me to join their robber band, I said no then died in a fight in woods later. I was massively in debt during that playthough, was hilarious
