How do I get this achievement ?
I don't even know where to start with this quest and I finished the game 10 times

In London, during the siege of Windsor, at about the midway point of the chapter you should receive a message from the sergeant who will inform you about an Italian merchant ship that is coming to England with supplies for the rebels. The sergeant will then advise you to intercept the ship before the rebels get to it. The achievement can be received during this quest.

Info is much appreciated, there's next to nothing online about the Pound of Flesh achievement.
*Interrupt from Sergeant didn't pop up at the 50% mark, talking to him manually also did the trick.
