How do I go back to England?

After the King dies and the Earl goes back to England I keep getting left behind in France. I had like 70 rep with the Earl, how much do I need? I've already done the Olivia storyline.

thanks, i kept getting taken prisoner because i wanted to get the Sargents sword lol

Don't forget to train your Endurance up high enough (think 18+ should be sufficient) after equipment adjustments so you can successfully run away from the French.

Alternatively, if have a super high rep with the Earl and can take the hit from the assassination failure, you can spare Eva's father and go on an alternative Chapter III end battle encounter where you don't have to run away and go through the Endurance check. I actually prefer this branch.
