Any way to get the artwork from the game for use as desktop backgrounds etc?

As well as stuff that extracts Ren'py data archives. Most of the artwork is also available online somewhere.

They used to go buy Doomfest so if you google Doomfest Juniper's Knot you'll be able to track it down. They have some post game unofficial art that's pretty cute of the boy and Fiend running around town.

Bit of a necro, but the tool rpaExtract does exactly what you are looking for, you can use it to get the raw image files from inside the game. Just be sure to not use them for any copyright breaking purposes or whatever.

If you google the name of the tool the first link should be what you need.
