Bug: stuck in Asakusa Tea Shop

I'm currently in the followup conversation with the Historian in NG+, and unfortunately the option to leave is not appearing. I have tried quitting and returning, but it seems I am stuck for the moment, unable to continue with the story (which sucks, I'd like to reach a resolution)

Also tried reverting to a Broken Memory and returned here, still stuck. If it helps, I came here before learning about the Dark, and my SPIN is -11, 22, 100, -42

Thank you for the report! Just a question, there's an option box during the second historian conversation, in the middle of the room. But since the option box is white and the window is white, it can sometimes be hard to see. Did you already pass that option and get stuck afterwards?
