NG+ or no?
i ended the game pretty early (like first chance at suicide ending early) and i'm not sure if NG+ will throw out any spoilers that i may not have come across yet. so my question is should i try NG+ or should i just avoid it till i get a proper ending?

NG+ will throw out a little spoiler if you did go the suicide route. I wouldn't really say it was a big deal

Does the game keep track of your playthru endings anywhere?

Depends on what you mean by keeping track... Obviously to get the NG+ options it knows that you completed the game, but it doesn't keep track of which endings you've done - only Achievements do that.

what is the difference between new game and new game plus? I got the purification ending so far only.

The difference is a somewhat modified story - Ito fully pays back her debt to The Collector and she also knows that time is repeating itself (although she doesn't know why, nor does she know how things ended previously), and a few more details are added. In addition, you also get the ability to manually save at various points.

It's worth it even if you just play it once more. Whilst the changes to story aren't huge, they do make things interesting

I think the game is specifically meant to be played multiple times, given that it's a VN with multiple endings. But it's also baked into the story, in that protagonist has deja vu moments and even entirely different discussions with certain characters that recognize she's in a loop.

Oh yes - it's certainly meant to be played 11 times at least... Some people though, may feel that playing it once is enough
