The IBSMC mod can be found on Moddb, search for Battlestations Midway and click on the addons sub-menu. The mod should be there along with it's patch. The mod has an installer, and if you've run the game at least once it'll install into Steam's directory. The patch MUST be installed AFTER the base mod.

As for the rest, I can't help since I'm running Windows 7.

Maybe is it because the version that I played? I played on the 1.1.1 Version of the game as proven by the Screenshot above

Do you play the game on a laptop or a PC? I wonder if new CPU and GPU make the game cannot read it, therefore it cause the "Save Failed" Issue. But then, this is a big far fetched...

I also try to restart my laptop to make it work, but the result is the same.

Do you have any form of security suite which is preventing the game from creating a saved game?
The game saves to the documents folder which is often protected by security suites such as Windows Defender and Bitdefender.
Check the notifications and settings in your security suite to see if it is interfering.
It might be under protected folders or under ransomware protection.
If it is this you can either choose to add the game as an exception (you would have to also do this for any other games that use the same location) or remove documents from being protected.

Well, I did with the whole security suites thing. But the thing is, I had another game with the save file with in the same location; but I can still run that game with the same save file. But why this other game can run my save file but this game can't? Shouldn't the security suites tells me right from the start that the save file is under ransomware protection? Or under protected folders? I check my security suites and no notifications that relate to this issue

I found the solution
In steam folder you need to find a file called steam.dll you copy this file and paste it in a folder of the game

I solve it by playing on an entirely different hardware and it works somehow. Anyway; thanks
