Aircraft difficult to fly!
Where has this game been all my life? I'm a history buff and am loving this.
However, does anyone else have a hard time flying planes? Maybe I just suck, but I'm good at War Thunder and World of Planes, but not this :(

Same here. Just downloaded for a lark; couldn't resist the sale price. Fun game, really. Historically accurate? No. Sophisticated sim? No. Fun? Yes! But yeah, the planes are really goofy to fly. I can manage to set up bombing and torpedo runs okay, but aerial dogfighting...forget it. I become a bigger threat to my Wildcat than the Zero is, lol.

I looked on Youtube, trying to find a good Tips and Tricks video for this game, but no luck. Can anyone recommend a good site?

I bought this game originally on disc when it came out. Yes...it's a hall of a learning curve to be sure. The hardest thing was getting used to the mouse to turn and climb/dive, even though A and D are for that sharper turns and such require the mouse which can be touchy at times.

Still go to the tutorial page and just choose the aircraft missions that have you either attacking different enemy planes or going after ships. Hone your flying talents there before you delve back into a mission. That helps considerably.

Finally get yourself to a point where this is second nature because Battlestations Pacific has the same controls. Better graphics, sounds, explosions, etc as well.
