Zero Byte Download

So is there an error in the Steam Repo for this title ?

I got a zero byte download.

Seems completely broken. Zero bytes downloaded and yet the system integrity check still says everything is fine. A cursory look inside the installation folder confirms that zero files have been downloaded. How does a developer make this kind of monumental screw up and not catch it?

I too tried to validate the files only to have it confirm all was good but nothing is in the folder/directory for this game :(

Won't start the download for me but instead immediatly says it has installed, followed by it saying it's corrupt.
