Scarlet Shard quest with Urpina

When i check my quests appear the quest Beyond the Sea, i need to find the shard in in the North Sea Ruins but i can't open the ocean to go there and i already destroyed the Shard with the thief. I explored the entire map and can't continue with the story, i'm out of luck and can't go on?

There's only one shard in that region, and the event at the north sea ruins is completely optional and requires you to not destroy the shard until you finish it.

If you can't find any other shards, you should be able to go to Azhuacan.
