Report a translation problem
There are two rules that can prevent points.
1) If a match lasts less than 45 seconds, no points are awarded (for any game mode).
2) In a multiplayer game, if you do not destroy at least 5 units OR 2 structures, you get no points.
Could you please make sure, if it wasn't caused by one of those reasons?

Please follow the steps below to verify the integrity of your game cache and let us know if it worked for you.
1. Load Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
5. Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.

The option 'Verify integrity...' compares the files from the last game version located on the Steam servers with the files installed on your hard drive and if there's any difference between or corrupted data then it replaces the files. The update is often quick without any warning messages that's why you may not even know about it.
