Audio and video problem

I searched through discussions already but I still don't quite understand the fix here.
So, first off the game looks pretty simple, why do I have such visual stutters? Lowering resolution and refresh rate down to 80 didn't help.

Second, audio starts breaking down pretty hard after I hit drums/plates too many times or too fast and then I have to wait for the broken echo noise to stop for like 5-10 seconds, otherwise the broken sound will be there still when hitting drums.
If it's the whole latency issue, then I downloaded the ASIO4ALL like it says on the website guide but what then? When I choose ASIO in game I can't choose my output device after. Do I need some other program again? Or is it not even latency issue I'm having?
Pls help, I don't want to refund it :( just wanted to drum on

I play on valve index if it has any significance (headset speakers are bad for this?)

I also have a Index, most people agree its build-in speakers are pretty good. Did you try another game with same audio settings to compare? I know, that for example the SteamVR audio mirror can cause audio issues in some cases. But usually when I had problems with sound, it was Windows fault... Maybe also make sure your mic is muted? And you did not set an uncommon audio bitrate and resolution (But again, it would affect other games too, I guess)

Yeah of course, played many games before that (more demanding ones like HL: Alyx and Boneworks). Audio and visually wise they work fine. Or do you mean that I should compare with another musical VR game or smth?
Started having stutters when moving my head even slightly in Paradiddle. Audio is breaking pretty badly when playing after just 3 seconds of drumming. Mic can affect it somehow? I don't even know how I can disable my headset's mic. I never checked the audio mirror option either.
