Built in desktop capture?

I want to practice drums with Paradiddle while watching the score.
However, as far as I've investigated, I think there's no way to do it.
So, how about implementing desktop capture on Paradiddle?
I really want that feature!

Hey, what headset are you using? If you're on Oculus, you can use Oculus Dash to bring windows into the app - I've done this in the past where I had a YouTube or Spotify window within VR as I was playing. Virtual Desktop or OVRdrop are also good alternatives to Dash if you're not on an Oculus headset. Would any of those apps do what you are hoping to achieve?

I'm feeling like an idiot but is there any way you could explain this to me? "Oculus Dash to bring windows into the app" I want to watch youtube videos on how to play while inside Paradiddle without having to goto dash to get virtual desktop up.

I have a Rift and I'm using Dash to bring up my virtual desktop. Its fine and dandy, I can watch the video in Dash through the VD but to get back to use Paradiddle I have to exit Dash and VD. I'm not seeing any way to pull the window out of the VD frame or anything.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Never mind. Think I found it. Had to use the Pin button down in the corner. Great app man. Keep up the excellent work. =)
