Sexual content?

It says Extreme sexual content. I am just wondering how extreme?

Please be serious. I heard people say there really isn't any sexual content but just need to make sure.

In my cultural upbringing sexual content is more feared than the act of violence.

Oh I don't actually have a problem with the possible sex or violence. I just wanna know the content of the games just in case I let someone else play it.

Huge Hitman fan -- played all the games over and over. The rating's crap, honestly.

Hitman 2 has nothing to worry about. Other Hitman games were certainly a bit more wild with two in particular (Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Contracts) having Dominatrix-style levels.

Hitman 2 just had a fat naked guy (but there are no added "details" to him, if you catch my drift) with a few girls around him, all clothed, sitting in a jakuzi in one level. There's also a couple of guards have oddly placed fingers while taking a leak on some of the levels but I assure you, it's blood and gore which is far worse haha. You can turn blood and gore off in the options as well.

Well I finished the game already and I thought it was funny how the M Rating says Extreme Sexual Content and it was what, PG-13 suggestive imagery at the most.

The rating made it sound like some kind of sexual intercourse scene was gonna be it.

That's why, despite the controversy behind it, ESRB ratings are pretty good to refer to.

They usually list everything in the game.

In the Lee Hong assasination there is a brothel where you can rescue a chick and she uhh offers you compensation and 47 walks away, due to this back when game came out many thought he was gay but in reality no he is not, he is an asexual being, he is created genetically with extra chromosome he has no desire to reproduce nor would his DNA be compatible.

Well im talking the mission from HM1 and contracts, in HM2 you find the same girl in a japanese brothel, somewhere in that Castle....

i dont know about extreme sexual content, there is extreme violence. I haven't seen any nudity in this game beyond the bikini's that three or four women are wearing in a jacuzzi where you have to assassinate the guy there. No boobs, or naked bodies. unless you count a shirtless fat guy as boobs lol.

i dont know about extreme sexual content, there is extreme violence. I think you can see the fat guy's "thing" in that mission actually, as well as a normal guard's "thing" in Anathama (he's urinating near one of the entrances to the main courtyard).

I can't think of a better word to get past Steam's censoring so forgive my use of the word thing :)

If you zoom in to one of the guards at the second level (not the curch level) you can see their little one. But not sure if it does on the steam version?
