Guys, the best missions are Russian levels.

The first level is good too. You can disguise as a body guard and use the leader to approach Donald Juliani. Then take his key to the base door and exit your mission. Not hard, a guard will take a pee outside and it will be your chance to fiber wire him and take his disguise.
Russian levels are hard but great design. I love them. The first mission, run to 137 locker , pick lock and obtain the SVD sniper rifle. Don't let the civilians see you. Or you can pacify them by using anesthetic. You can also take civilians disguise if you want. Then avoid the guards, take the left turn after you run to the up stairs. Use the sewer to get close to the building which you need to snipe your target. Check your map on the sewer, there will be a Russian soldier who guard the area alone. Kill him and take his disguise. Then reach the building, go to the third floor, kill your target by SVD. You know who he is, just ignore Diana's transmission. Then leave the area. Some guards may check your id, turn your back on them and walk away. Don't get too close you will be safe.
The second Russian mission, time is the key. Run to the dumpster and pick up the car bombs. A Russian Soldier may stop you. Sneak behind him and use the fiber wire. take his cloth and use the sewer again. Run to the top and first sewer exist. You will see a driver take a pee. You can kill him or sedate him. Take his disguise, plant the bomb on the first target's car. Then change back to soldiers' disguise. Run to the bottom level 's sewer exit, check your map. The exit was blocked by General's car. You can install the bomb and save your game here. Then go back to your boat and watch the show.
Anyway, Russian levels have the best methods and strategies to eliminate your targets and super fun. H2's tip is DON'T GET TOO CLOSE TO THE GUARDS OR POLICE IF YOU WEAR A DISGUISE.

I used to have the original disk for this game on my dads old computer and would always get stuck on the Russian missions when I was younger. Thanks for the help.

My favorite levels are Invitation to a Party and Tracking Hayamoto (that last one is from Japan, but I wanted to mention it)
