It certainly looks that way. Interestingly, JetX Space Edition did not get a price hike; that version is still priced at $4.99. More interestingly, the JetX VR + JetX Space Edition bundle has a 90% bundle discount (so it's $0.85 in the current sale), but the Arcade BOX bundle has only a 35% bundle discount (so it's $5.51 in the current sale), even though both of those bundles contain only two items -- JetX VR and JetX Space Edition -- and both are "must purchase together" bundles (rather than "complete the set").
This publisher is definitely using price manipulation to try to fool people into buying the game(s). I guess it thinks this will help sales, but all it does for me is signal that this is a disreputable publisher and it makes me ignore all games it publishes.
