Not at all. First game had the same graphics. Then came the vr spin off of this. Where you forged weapons and armor which was really fun, then came Shoppe Keep 2. Planned the way it is now.

That's what everyone who spent way too much money on a gimmick product are telling themselves to justify their purchase.

Is it? I find the games available to be enough to justify the purchase. More of a workout playing beat-saber than anything else I do in life.
I spent more on my pc graphics card than I will on the quest 128gb and it can go anywhere.
Sounds to me like you are either still in the mindset that VR = expensive, clunky, slow and that couldn't have changed, or you're broke.
Either way, VR is getting pretty good and this shoppe keep 2 is not.
