Scavenger Outpost
Obligatory I'm a noooob.

I built a scavenger outpost, how does this work? Do I need to place someone there or does it just sent stuff automatically? How can I see what it's sending back?

It just sends stuff automatically. If you click the icon with the graph on it, there is a section that tells you what is being sent back by your outposts.
