Report a translation problem
So first you need to discover another Society in the World Map and then unlock the tech called Bartering in the Tech Tree - this will unlock the Trade Center.
After you have built the Trade Center, you need to make sure you have a colonist working there. After this, go to the Societies page, select the society you want to trade with (each game should have between 4 and 6 societies in them that vary a bit) and then select the resources to buy and sell. After confirming the trade, it will automatically be started and by going to the World Map, you should see a small convoy moving first to the other society from your colony and then back.
Once the trade has been completed, you will receive the resources you bought to your Trade Center.
And indeed, one trade per one worker but you can actually have more than 2 trades by having several Trade Centers in your colony :)
