Poetry of Bronze IX potential innacuracies
Don't know I should write it as a bug or something, but Poetry of Bronze IX puzzle contains some innacuracies

First of all, hint on the first screenshot is supposed to be true by design, but the number of prisoner giving it to you begins with 4, so it confused me whom I need to believe

Second, the right answer is on the screenshot 2, but one of the hints states that innocent prisoner has not sewed his last digit correctly - so basically his number is not 53859, but 53856 - and it correlates with another hint about second digit being 3 - and it feels like the answer should be the latter, but it's the former instead

I really love this puzzle, but this is bugging me a little. Is this intentional, or just some mistakes been overlooked? Sorry for bad English, hope you can understand what I'm trying to say :D.

I just figured out what the problem is.

He says you can't trust any 4s. He is a 4. That means he's lying but can't be lying or his lie would be a lie.

Unless his lie isn't that all 4s can be trusted, that's a paradox, it's that ANY 4 can't be trusted. Essentially, SOME 4s lie, including him by saying ALL 4s lie.

Basically "All 4s are liars" can be a lie if even one of them tells the truth, including the one that says the last digit is NOT upside down.

Well the case is that assumption all 4s are liars is essential to figuring this puzzle out. In this puzzle, and in another with the same mechanics all of the 4s was liars except for this one, not some of them liars and some of them not.

The simpler puzzle did not have a paradox.

The assumption all 4s are lying is why you couldn't figure this puzzle out.

If all of them lie, he's telling the truth. Paradox.
If none of them lie, he is lying. Paradox.
If some of them lie, he is lying and you should count anything a 4 says as a maybe. Essential clues are given by other 4s

He is not the only 4 who lies, nor are 4s the only liars.
