THE GAME WONT START
Just dont' work with win 10, I tried all the stupid solutions that I have read and NONE worked properly. I payed the game I WANT TO PLAY THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME

Do you have a headset/headphones with a USB connector?

yes, and I already tried disconnecting them

Keep it disconnected and clean up the disconnected devices drivers

Comprei o jogo tem algum tempo, baixei e joguei pouco... tornei a tentar jogar novamente, porem o jogo não abre...nem com reza, nem vendo tutorial no YT... HELP!

To open it what I do is start it, then go ctrl alt supr and close commandos process, then I open again from steam and it works.

The game was not running on my home PC with Win11 while worked on laptop with Win11. After some contemplation and procdump comparison I found the reason:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Pyro\Comm3\3.0 - this registry key had values DirCd and DirIns of an old game installation, on another drive. Changing them to the current game location allowed the game to run at last. And they can be completely removed, game will also work.

TLDR: open regedit and remove the whole subtree
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Pyro\Comm3
if it's present.

Try deleting the intro videos. Made the game start for me. They are Eidos.bik and Pyro.bik respectively.

I have no idea is ALL videos in the game also make it crash. Won't know that unless i actually start playing the campaign but for now i at least managed to get to the start menu, heh.

this game dont work correctly with win10 64bit , the soldiers are invisible

1- Close steam
2- Right click steam icon on desktop and click properties.
3- Click the compatibility tab
4- Check run this program in compatibility mode for and then select windows vista service pack 2.
5- Check run this program as an administrator
6- Click apply and then launch steam and play the game

This worked for me. Thank you

Edit: that solved that, but I didn't thought that this game would have many other bugs. Now I'm facing one in Get to the engine mission where there is no scenario outside the train carts, you see only the soldiers.

Edit2: it's failing again, seems to be totally random, sometimes after trying to open it several times it works, but not always.
