Report a translation problem
1. Did you use any other installations before? (Old CD version or from other unofficial websites)
2. Do you use any headset or headphones with a USB connector?
3. Did you try to use "Disable full-screen optimizations"?
4. Did you try the compatibility mode? Which configuration did you use for your game?

These 3 things happened in order starting from the first link
This is what had happened when I ran it through steam
When I clicked play it showed this as usual

and then I chose play commandos 3 destination berlin and then it showed that 'Do you want this app to make changes to your device' (which was this app ' commandos3.exe ' )
and then with no error message with no black screen this happened.
