In the old RCT you colud use the landscaping tool to remove weed/grass when needed. Is it possible to do in RCT Classic?

I tried it, it doesn't work. People have said that mowing grass has little to no effect in the game anyway. Keeping grass mowed is pretty much a personal preference.
