Question about Expansion Packs

Since I have the iOS version of this app, I feel like asking:

Are the two expansion packs and the scenario editor included, or are they still in-app purchases?

It clearly states Wacky Worlds and Time Twister are in this version, same with toolkit.

I was asking since the description was mostly copied verbatim from the iOS version, where they did charge extra for the expansions & toolkit ($1.99 each and $5.99 respectively), the only wording difference is "Additional Content Available with In-App Purchases" and "Expansion Packs" as the title of the section you looked at.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional content for RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic is available via In-App Purchase, specifically the three expansion packs: Wacky Worlds, Time Twister and Toolkit. The expansion packs are the ONLY content that require an In-App Purchase and In-App Purchases are not used anywhere else in the game.

I'll just take that as a yes. While I personally was probably not going to buy it yet (until maybe the next sale), I did recommend this to a friend who hadn't played RCT2 since it was likely to work with the Steam Overlay (compared to the original), but still wanted to send him some of the easier custom scenarios out of my collection without him needing to shell out a few extra dollars for the toolkit.
