no sound when ps4 controller is connected.

got myself a new computer now with win 10. before i had win 7 and the game it self ran perfectly well with the ps4 controller.
but now, once the controller is plugged in, i can play the game without any issues but no sound. no music, no sound effects, just silence.
steam recognizes the controller and so does this game, only no sound.
anything i am missing?

Windows 10 (also Win7) tend to use the PS4 audio feature of the controller. Rightclick the speaker symbol near the date and time, go to sounds, go to output and set the normal audio speakers to be the default output device again.

Windows will recall this option next time you plug in this controller and will ignore the audio device build in.
