GRIS

Is the game world open? Completion time?
I don't mind if the game is somewhat linear; just curious. About how long to complete Gris? :steamhappy:

It's somewhat linear, with a few secret collectibles in hidden areas

about 3 hours to complete

I have not tried getting achievements (probably like 5 hours if you not cheating with guides)

Shesh. Removed from wishlist then.

Agreed.

I'm NOT saying Gris is a bad game, just that you could probably get 2-4 games for the price with more meat on them...

Unfortunately Super Meat Boy is full price on Steam atm at about $15...

You could get Cat Meat ($0.99), Chicken Meat ($0.99), Super Meat Shooter ($5.99), and Double the Meat ($5.09) so you're definitely not wrong.

What about "Get Yer Meat Out" & "If you Don't Eat your Meat, You won't Get Any Pudding???"
Comparing Gris to any "hardcore" platformer, or any action-platformer does not make for a great argument. Let alone saying that I could purchase more games for the same price. Yea, I could buy 17 $1 games, but they are not Gris.

We have $60 games with season pass and micro transactions. A decent $17 indie game on a release date is not overpriced.

Journey is a fairly short game ( 3 hours as well ) and was well worth the price for the experience. I assume some people prefer a great experience over something longer where you end up doing the same boring stuff over and over ad nauseum... looking at you Ubisoft...

GRIS is not Fallout 76. GRIS is not Battlefront II. GRIS is not Destiny 2.

Gris is a mesmerizing painting with a story, which you can play in order to slowly reveal it. Then you can play it again. If you think 3 hours is too little, then just walk, don't run. And stop along the way to admire the view.

GRIS deserves it's full price without a doubt.

yeah it seems short, but little nightmares is able to be beaten in less than an hour, and costs way more than this.
cant really put a blanket price on games, theyre not all the same.
