It works for me. I'm using launch options " PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command% PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% "

You uh... might want to remove the first %command% in that, since that's what launches the game and thus the "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1" part is being ignored (well... technically it's being passed to the game as an argument, but the game wouldn't know what to do with it and thus ignores it). What you'd actually want if those are the options you're using is "PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%"

Though clearly the "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1" isn't necessary for you, since the game is running without issue, so you can change it to just "PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command%".

it works fine, but you need to use mf-install that doesn't come with offical versions of proton mf-install [github.com] or as another option you can use custom versions of proton I recommend these: proton-ge [github.com] or proton-tkg [github.com]
