Chapter 9 Triple Towers

I thought my grind was pretty hardcore, but... The regular mobs there make any previous boss look like pocket lint.
Are you supposed to go in there now?
Is there a specific way I should be fighting them I missed?
Am I supposed to be lvl999 first?

It's an Ex-dungeon, the enemies are only around Lv200, maybe Lv300 max. Can't remember off the top od my head but they aren't that strong, it's the easiest Ex-dungeons and is the only one without a boss. That said, you should finish the story before you mess about in there as it has nothing to do with the story at all. If you're on Beginner or moderate difficulty though, just ignore the post-game stuff as most of the good stuff are exclusive to Advanced difficulty

What should your stats look around that level? Is there a stat hard cap?
