Training Facility 12F/13F and I think South Plains bosses are the only real way to properly farm them. If you haven't already restarted from the beginning, then stick around the post-game to farm them until you have enough to create better weapons, then restart after that.
All in all though, the Banana Demon at Meteorological
Station isn't actually that hard, you just need to be really tactical.
If you're Struggling for damage, Craft the Darkness Barrier and Hexe Barrier (Shields), and Danger Case and Crystal Case (Accessories) and also Physical Damage Up+100 and Magical Damage Up+100 (Amps). If you prefer a more defensive setup, replace the Shields with Seven Raid Barrier and Cannon Barrier, the Accessories with Special Iron Case and Feather Case and the Amps with their Resistance Up+50 version. The equipment you should look out for and try to obtain if possible next time are the Venus EG and Hermes EG (Shields) and the Tutelary Jewel and Pentagon Jewel. Don't equip both Hermes and Tutelary or Venus and Pentagon at the same time as their effects doesn't stack. The same applies for any Shield and Accessory combination which has the same or similar effects.
It's a pretty rubbish video and it's from my second run of the game but this might help you form a strategy

Hmm, I need to farm to get better weapons...
But I am a bit puzzled on exactly what weapons I should aim for?
From what I understand, both Fans and Hammers are good. But which one is better? All fans or all hammer? Or a mixture? Maybe I should go back to everyone having their defaults?
Right now, everyone on my party has Fans, except for Otoha, who still has her Hammer. I dont know if this is optimal...
Both Aria and Otoha have higher end versions of their respective weapons, the other 3 have mid-tier versions of Fans. I was planning on upgrading these, but like I said I cant decide if I want them to have higher end Fans, or maybe change to higher-end hammers, or if I should go back and farm higher end of their respective defaults.
