This one wasn't really explained and the directions (which are often good), well, sucked. The Verdant Greenbelt is too huge for this kind of thing

"Insect" southeast of Weathervane Plains. It's a rare. There's a save point near there where it spawns. Save there. Keep loading until it spawns. I think I read the loading tip somewhere, and I forgot if it was this quest.
