can't interact with the box containing natasha's costume in Giant In Haiphong level

Appears to be a bug. Can't see anyone else mentioning it so maybe it's unique to me.
There's a box containing natasha's costume in the shopkeeper's store in the Giant In Haiphong level. In my game, the box cannot be interacted with, like it doesn't exist. You can't look in the contents of the box or pick it up, nothing. I'm going to restart the level to check if it happens again.

happened a second time too when I restarted the level. box cannot be interacted with.

Update on this bug. on my second playthrough, I was able to interact with the box after I interacted with the shop keeper. on my first I could not. It might have something to do with him being spooked and running up the ladder although that happened on my first playthrough too.
