How did steam even allowed this game to be on the store....

This self-proclamed "game of the year edition" is possibly one of the worst re-release to appear on Steam if not the worst considering how unredeemable the original game is...

POSITIVES
+ Fullscreen support (if that is a hightlight...)
+ Achievements (if that is a hightlight...)
+ Skippable cutscenes (if that is a hightlight...)

NEGATIVES
- Neutral Birds 2 consists of nothing but a simple Choose Your Own Adventure disguised in Point & Click
- Bonus video is nothing but a behind the scenes slideshow
- Vertical dimension of the so-called HD videos is shrink
- Immature and cringe worthy humor
- Binary choices and arbitraty consequences
- Very few branching paths
- Very short (around 10-15min)

In these Dark Ages of gaming, common features such as fullscreen support, achievements and skippable cutscenes have become selling points for re-release.

Step 2: Download game
Step 3: Play through game (the entire game is around 10 min to complete, and I even speedran through the entire game and the end-creds in 79 sec)
Step 4: Uninstall
Step 5: Refund (as long as you haven't had the game for more than 2 weeks and played it for more than 2 hours)
Step 6: Still worth it? Not at all

Also:
The acting in this game is truely horrific to watch, and I have probably never cringed as much in my entire life.

Doesn't really add much more from the original version, except it runs better, has some bonus photo slides and an angrybirds parody cyoa style. It does add achievements though, that's nice.

It's nice to see new game developers with different backgrounds creating intense narrative experiences in the indie field. this game is one that could be compared to the expert storytelling of triple A game studios such as Telltale, ubisoft and Bioware. The live action FMV is a bold and uncommon choice in creating games. this was done exceedingly well done, the acting is on par with those of high end cinema studios. as for the gameplay itself, it is simple but it ads to the focus of the narrative experience. truly an emotional and moving story from interesting developers. I look forward to your new release "Dabman: when the haters dab Back". we are looking forward to a release on Nintendo Switch this Fall.

This game saved me from suicide

The achievement you get for beating this game is a crude MS paint drawing of the twin towers.

9/11 great game.

Even with my extremely low expectations, I was still disappointed.

Best game of the year.
